• Product available in small pack size to avoid laboratory contamination.

GC-HS

GC-HS technique is used in identification and quantification of residual solvents in pharmaceutical products as per national and international Pharmacopoeia. Residual solvents are trace level impurities of organic volatile compounds used or produced in manufacturing active substances, excipients, and pharmaceutical products. The international conference on Harmonization (ICH) Q3C, United State pharmacopoeia (USP) method 467, and the European Pharmacopoeia 2.4.24 have set guidelines to identify and quantify these solvents in pharmaceutical products to address the risk on human health

Product features:

• Each batch is subjected to GC-HS analysis to ensure the suitability for residual analysis in excipients or API

• Function tested to ensure optimization for headspace applications.

• Exclusively designed for analyses of residual solvents described in the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) and ICH Q3C guidelines.

• Elimination of major interference peaks in the elution range of target analytes.

• Produced in ISO-certified facilities and Specified Designed equipment to provide excellent batch-to-batch consistency saving you valuable time and money by avoiding the need for repeat analysis.

LC-MS

The combination of Liquid Chromatography (LC) with Mass Spectrometry (MS) has become an indispensable tool for various fields of research due to its ability to combine separation chemistry with selective mass ion detection leading to lower analyte detection limits.

Product features:

• Superior high purity solvents designed to meet the required purity level of advanced LC-MS Systems and for both positive and negative modes in Total Ion Chromatography (TIC).

• Low levels of trace metals-including alkaline earth metals which can interfere with MS ionization and MS interpretation.

• Longer column life due to minimal impurities in the mobile phase

• Low residue clog-free operation of LC-MS system due to the absence of particles

• Assayed for free acid/alkali, non-volatile matter, and other elements.

• Minimal metal mass adduct formation for better analyte identification.

• • Smooth flat baselines from low solvent backgrounds using diode array detector and mass spectrometry detector (MSD).

• • High ionization efficiency of mass spectrometry.

Dry Solvents

These solvents have high purity with low moisture content and are ideally suited for chemical reactions which are moisture sensitive. They are specially dried for the Anhydrous Synthetic Reaction. Karl-Fischer Reagent (Pyridine-free single solution) Stable 2Y++ (KFR)

KFR is used in the analysis of water content in raw material and finished products in food, pharmaceutical, chemicals and oil industries.
Volumetric Karl-Fischer titration is recommended for determining moisture content in drug substances and intermediates, fine chemicals and agrochemicals, petroleum and its products, dye intermediates, pigments and paints, food and natural products, plastic, and polymers with moisture levels of around 200 ppm to 100% level of water content.

Product features:

• Made from anhydrous ingredients which give a consistent and stable factor

• High titration rates and minimum analysis time.

• Has an effectively wide measuring range of 0.01% to 100%

• Suitable for moisture determination in inorganic and organic salts (solids) and solvents (liquid)

• Ideal viscosity for manual & automatic titrators

• Suitable for 200 ppm to % level of water content.

• Free from pyridine, methanol (does not lead to ketal and diketal formation), ethanolamine, chlorinated solvents.

The rate of KF Titration depends upon the choice of base and pH. The ideal pH for faster titration is 5.0 to 6.0. Our product consists of SO2-Imidazole mixture which gives a pH of 5.5 thus optimizing the rate of titration. We have also developed KFR factor 1mg, 2mg as per pharmacopoeia requirements to determine low level moisture contents up to 10ppm.
